will be honoured guests at the Slave Lake Rotary Club-s annual sports celebrity dinner and auction tonight in Slave Lake.In previous years, the funds raised at the annual Rotary Club event have contributed to two important local initiatives: building a library and purchasing a fire engine. This year-s fundraiser will benefit a number of community projects including renovations to the local arena, football shirt building a women-s shelter, upgrades to the animal shelter and new soccer fields.Both Quinn and Eberle will be on hand to speak about their 2009 World Junior Hockey Championship experience and their hopes for the upcoming 2009-10 National Hockey League season.-It-s an honour to be speaking at this fundraiser which will ultimately help to grow the game of hockey in Slave Lake and contribute to a n football shirt umber of valuable community projects,- said Quinn. -The Oilers have a vast and loyal fan base across northern Alberta and Jordan and I are both pleased to be visiting this outstanding community.-Earlier in the day, the duo will pay a visit to Roland Michener High School and meet with over 700 students to participate in a question and answer session.
