MIAMI -- Second baseman Omar Infante left the Marlins' season finale, a 3-1 loss to the Nationals, in the top of the sixth inning with a left calf contusion.During his at-bat in the first inning, Infante fouled a 96 mph fastball from Nationals starter Stephen Strasburg off his leg before getting back up and remaining in the game.
